2026年11月結構化地址截止日期

SWIFT 要求從2026年11月起在跨境支付訊息中使用結構化郵政地址。了解哪些內容將發生變化、哪些訊息受到影響，以及 pacs008 如何幫助團隊做好準備。

正在發生什麼變化

這是最低要求，而非最高要求。自 2026 年 11 月 14 日起，適用方必須將城市填入 TwnNm，並將國家以兩位 ISO 3166 代碼填入 Ctry。街道、門牌號碼與郵遞區號可保留在地址行中：這屬於混合位址，是被接受的。被取消的僅是完全非結構化位址，亦即整個位址以自由文字填寫、沒有結構化的城市與國家。僅以 BIC 識別的機構不受影響。

為什麼重要

• 非結構化地址增加了人工修復率並延遲了直通處理。
• 結構化地址透過將當事方名稱與位置資料分離來提高制裁篩查準確性。
• 監管和方案要求日益強制要求使用結構化資料以滿足合規和報告需求。

Exceptions

The requirement does not apply to these message types: admi.024, camt.025, camt.052, camt.053, camt.054, camt.060.

Agents identified by BIC alone remain valid without a postal address (CBPR-ADDR-005). Do not add a partial address solely to satisfy the rule.
