Generated XML must be validated against scheme-specific rules and counterparty requirements before submission to any payment network. pacs008.com and its maintainers accept no liability for payment failures, regulatory penalties, or financial losses arising from the use of generated messages.

The quality of generated payment messages depends entirely on the quality of input data. The toolkit validates structure and format but does not verify the factual accuracy of party names, account numbers, or routing codes. The user is responsible for ensuring that all input data is correct, current, and compliant with applicable regulations.

The REST API and PyPI package are provided for integration into payment workflows, testing pipelines, and development environments. Fair use applies. Sustained high-volume requests that degrade service for other users may be rate-limited or blocked. No uptime guarantee is provided. The API is offered on a best-effort basis.
