Payment processing disclaimer

The pacs008 toolkit generates ISO 20022 XML messages based on user-supplied input data. The toolkit does not transmit, route, or settle payments. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all input data and generated messages. Generated XML must be validated against scheme-specific rules and counterparty requirements before submission to any payment network. pacs008.com and its maintainers accept no liability for payment failures, regulatory penalties, or financial losses arising from the use of generated messages.

Data accuracy

The quality of generated payment messages depends entirely on the quality of input data. The toolkit validates structure and format but does not verify the factual accuracy of party names, account numbers, or routing codes. The user is responsible for ensuring that all input data is correct, current, and compliant with applicable regulations.

API and toolkit usage

The REST API and PyPI package are provided for integration into payment workflows, testing pipelines, and development environments. Fair use applies. Sustained high-volume requests that degrade service for other users may be rate-limited or blocked. No uptime guarantee is provided. The API is offered on a best-effort basis.
